All sales are final
Our products are digital. Your download is available immediately and permanently, and cannot be returned. We do not refund change of mind, accidental purchases, or a theme turning out not to suit your project.
When we do refund
Nothing here removes your legal rights where a product is faulty or not as described. We refund in full if:
- The theme doesn’t work as documented on a standard WordPress install and we can’t fix it
- The product is materially different from its description or demo
- You were charged but never received access
- You were charged twice for the same product
Contact us first and give us a fair chance to fix it. Most issues are resolved within a day.
When we don’t
- Change of mind, or the project was cancelled
- Buying the wrong theme (ask us – we’ll usually help you swap)
- The theme needing more setup time or WordPress knowledge than expected
- Conflicts with third-party plugins or page builders
- Hosting limits, PHP version, or server restrictions
- Wanting features the theme never advertised
- The price dropping after you bought
Check before you buy
Most premium themes have a free version you can install on your own hosting. Every theme has a live demo, and documentation is public. Pre-sales questions to support@novexthemes.com – we’d rather answer one than take a sale that ends in a dispute.
Chargebacks
Talk to us before disputing with your bank. Where a chargeback is raised with no prior contact, we may suspend the licence and account and submit our delivery records to the payment provider.
Free themes
No charge, no refund. Provided as-is under their open source licence, with best-effort support.
