Do I need the paid version of the page builder?
No. Every NovexThemes theme is built with the free Elementor plugin, and every demo on the preview site runs on it. If you already own the Pro version it works alongside the theme, but nothing in the design depends on it.
What is the difference between the free and paid version?
The free version gives you the theme, the core layout and a licence to use it on a live client site. The paid version adds the full demo library, every inner-page template, the header and footer builder, and 6 months of dedicated support. Start free, upgrade when a project needs the rest - your existing pages stay exactly where they are.
What does the licence actually cover?
A single-site licence covers one website or domain - personal, commercial or client work - and it cannot be transferred, resold, or reused on a second site. The bundle carries 15 licences to spread across client projects.
Do you offer refunds?
No. Because the themes are downloadable files, all purchases are final. Several themes have a free version - install it, test the build quality on a real site, click through the live demos, and email us before you pay if anything is unclear.
What happens when my support period ends?
Your sites keep working exactly as they are, and the theme stays yours. You would only renew to keep receiving new versions and to keep using the support desk.
Can I use a theme on a client site and hand it over?
Yes. A single-site licence can be used to build a client website, and it covers that one site. If you are building several client sites with the same theme you will need a licence for each, or an extended / developer licence.
How do I get help if something breaks?
Email support@novexthemes.com from the address you bought with. Include the site URL and the theme name and you will reach the team that built it, not a general helpdesk.
