What is NovexThemes?

NovexThemes is a digital marketplace specialising in premium WordPress themes. We design and develop high-quality, professionally crafted themes for businesses, creatives, bloggers, and developers who want a fast, beautiful website without starting from scratch.

What types of WordPress themes do you sell?

We offer themes across a wide range of niches including business, portfolio, blog, e-commerce, agency, restaurant, photography, and more. All themes are responsive, SEO-friendly, and compatible with the latest version of WordPress.

Do I need coding knowledge to use your themes?

No coding knowledge is required. Our themes are built with user-friendly customisation panels and are compatible with popular page builders. However, if you do know how to code, the themes are fully customisable at the source level as well.

Are your themes compatible with the latest version of WordPress?

Yes. All NovexThemes themes are tested and updated to be compatible with the latest stable release of WordPress. We monitor WordPress core updates and release theme patches as needed during your active support period.

What does a single-site license allow me to do?

A single-site license allows you to install and use the theme on one website or domain. You can use it for personal, commercial, or client projects. You may also customise the theme files to suit your needs. You cannot transfer, resell, or use the same license on a second website.

Can I use one theme on multiple websites?

Not with a standard single-site license. If you need to use a theme on multiple websites, you will need to purchase an extended or developer license, which permits use on the number of sites specified in that license tier.

Can I use a theme I purchased for a client's website?

Yes. You may use a single-site license to build a website for a client. However, the license covers only that one site. If you are building multiple client websites with the same theme, you will need to purchase a separate license for each site, or consider an extended / developer license.

Can I resell or redistribute NovexThemes themes?

No. Reselling, redistributing, or sublicensing our themes — whether for free or for a fee — is strictly prohibited under all license types. This includes uploading themes to third-party marketplaces, sharing them on file-sharing platforms, or including them in any bundle you sell.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) as well as PayPal. All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment providers. We do not store your card details on our servers.

When will I receive my theme after purchase?

Your download link and license key are delivered immediately and automatically as soon as your payment is confirmed. You will also receive an email with your order details and download access. Since our products are digital, delivery is instant — there is no waiting period.

Do you offer refunds?

All sales are final. Because our themes are digital products delivered instantly upon payment, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. This applies in all cases, including change of mind, accidental purchases, hosting incompatibility, or dissatisfaction after download. We strongly recommend reviewing the theme demo and reading the documentation before purchasing. If you have pre-sale questions, please contact our team first.

I lost my download link. How do I access my purchase again?

How long do I get support after purchasing a theme?

Every theme purchase includes 6 months of support from the date of purchase. During this period you can reach our support team for help with bugs, theme features, and general usage questions. After 6 months, you can renew your support subscription to continue receiving assistance and updates.

What does your support cover?

Our support covers: bugs or defects in the theme as originally shipped; questions about built-in theme features and options; and guidance on using the theme as documented.

Support does not cover custom code modifications, third-party plugin conflicts, issues caused by changes you’ve made to the theme files, or general WordPress usage questions unrelated to our theme

Will I still receive theme updates after my support period ends?

No. Theme updates are provided for the duration of your active support period only. After expiry, you can continue using the theme as-is but will not receive further updates or patches. To resume updates, simply renew your support subscription.

How do I contact support?

You can reach our support team by emailing support@novexthemes.com. Please include your order number and a clear description of the issue. We aim to respond to all enquiries within 1–2 business days.

My website got hacked. Is NovexThemes responsible?

NovexThemes is not liable for websites being hacked, compromised, or attacked by malicious third parties. Website security is a shared responsibility. Vulnerabilities can arise from many sources beyond the theme itself — outdated plugins, weak passwords, poor hosting configurations, and more. We strongly recommend contacting your hosting provider or a professional WordPress security specialist immediately if your site has been compromised.

Are the demo images included with the theme?

Yes. The images shown in our theme demos and previews are included with your purchase.

Where do you source your demo images from?

All demo images used in our theme previews are sourced from CC0-licensed (Creative Commons Zero) image libraries, meaning they are free to use for any purpose with no attribution required. We use: PxHere, StockSnap.io, Pexels, and Pixabay.

Can I use CC0 images from these sources on my own website?

Yes. CC0 images are released into the public domain and can be used freely for personal and commercial purposes without attribution. However, we recommend verifying the license of each individual image on those platforms before use, as terms can occasionally vary for specific images.
