It depends on the scope. A single-room refresh runs one to two weeks. A full kitchen or bath rebuild is typically four to eight weeks. Whole-home rebuilds run three to six months. Every quote includes a specific schedule, not a guess.
Yes. We pull every permit required for your jurisdiction, schedule all inspections, and keep copies of approved paperwork on file in case you need it down the line.
Fixed, itemised, in writing. Once you sign the quote, the price doesn’t move unless you change the scope. If we miscount a roll of insulation, that’s on us — not added to your invoice.
For partial renovations, usually yes — we’ll seal off the work zone with dust barriers and protect floors and finishes. For whole-home rebuilds you’ll need alternative accommodation.
Our workmanship warranty covers anything that fails because of how we built it — settling cracks, finish defects, loose fittings, leaks at joints we made. Manufacturer warranties on appliances pass through directly to you.
Yes. Payments are split into milestone draws — typically four to six payments tied to specific build phases, so you only pay as work is completed and inspected.
